2015 - Head Coach - Jordy Fox

Jordy Fox is in his third Season as Head Coach of the 2015s. Prior to joining Hockey Club of St. Louis, he was assistant coach of the 2002 AAA Blues Team for three seasons. 

Coach Fox grew up playing in the Kirkwood organization and graduated to the AAA Blues organization before leaving home at 16 to play Jr hockey in Canada. He played 4 years of Jr A in the OPHL, NAHL, and USHL. After his last year of Jr hockey, Coach Fox played NCAA Division 1 Hockey at Merrimack College.

Following his collegiate career, he was fortunate to play 8 years of Pro Hockey across North America and Europe. He played in the UHL, ECHL and AHL before moving to Europe where he played in Finland and England. Coach Fox ended his career with the St Charles Chill in the CHL. 

2016 - Head Coach - Nathan Hirsch

Nathan Hirsch is in his second Season as the Head Coach of the 2016s. Prior to joining Hockey Club of St. Louis, he was the Head Coach of the Varsity Hockey Team at Chaminade College Prep for two seasons. Prior to taking the role as Varsity Head Coach, Nathan was the JV Head Coach at Chaminade for 3 seasons.

Coach Hirsch came to Chaminade after 4 years as the Head Coach of the Affton 10U CSDHL Team. During his time at Affton, Coach Hirsch took his teams to two CSDHL Finals appearances as well as one Silver Stick AA Finals appearance. He also has coaching experience at the Mid-States level on both the Varsity and JV teams and De Smet Jesuit High School.

During his playing career, Coach Hirsch won two Mid-States Championships with De Smet in 1997 and 1998. He went on to play ACHA Division 1 Hockey at Saint Louis University.

2017 - Head Coach - Kelsey Johnston

Kelsey Johnston will begin coaching the Hockey Club of St. Louis 2017s this Spring.

Coach Johnston grew up in the Kirkwood organization. He played Mid-States Hockey for Kirkwood High School, Junior Hockey for the St. Louis Junior Blues and College Hockey at Arizona State University. 

Coach Johnston continues to Coach at Kirkwood High School and this is his 12th Season with that Program.

2018 - Head Coach - Jordy Fox

Girls - Head Coach - Charlie Blyth

Charlie Blyth is the Head Coach of 2013-15 Girls Group. Coach Blyth has been coaching Girls Minor Hockey in St. Louis since 2019. He is also in his second season as Head Coach of Lady Blues AAA 12U team. He was born and raised in Beaconsfield (Montreal), QC. 

From 1993-1995 Coach Blyth played two years of prep school hockey in Connecticut at Choate Rosemary Hall. From there, he played four years of Division III NCAA hockey at Amherst College in Amherst, MA. Coach Blyth was Captain in his Senior season and led Amherst to its first ever NCAA tournament Elite 8.

Coach Blyth played 6 years of Pro hockey, five of which were with the Missouri River Otters. He was a UHL All-Star in 2003-2004. He holds the record for the most games played in River Otters franchise history, he is 4th all time in points and 2nd all time in goals.

From 1999-2007 Coach Blyth was an on-ice instructor at Hockey Ministries International hockey camps in Canada, USA, Switzerland and Czech Republic. He is currently the Camp Director of Hockey Ministries International hockey camp in St. Louis, MO.
